New Vintage Beauty Lounge

Back in 2009, Portland was a much different place (this statement almost goes without saying). Taxidermy wasn't quite yet a ubiquitous Portland decor choice, antlers on logos weren't really yet a thing, and the Mississippi district only spanned 3-4 blocks. At that time, I designed a logo for a start-up salon owned by two friends with a great sense of style and big ideas, who were taking a bit of a gamble opening a salon in a town full of salons. Since then, they have become one of Portland's most beloved full service beauty outposts, consistently winning or placing in every WW or Mercury reader's choice award.
